The manufacturing of circular knives began 1975 after an inquiry for knives made of special materials – the first stellite knife had found its market. Since then we have supplied the paper industry in Sweden and numerous other countries with knives made of stellite, tool steel and tungsten carbide.
Over the years we have supplemented our assortment with more products as a knife holder, cutting system and Samiflex® elastic shaft coupling, all of which have become large in the paper industry.
To be able to satisfy our customer's demands, and to be a part of the future, we are constantly looking for new products, materials and solutions.

Bomab has today 10 people working in the production plant in Frandefors with its own works for the manufacture and sharpening of machine knives. A large stock of standard dimensions is also available for immediate delivery.
